Annoying behavior - randomly losing focus when typing in Firefox location popup

Hi all,

I'm a FluxBox user for at last 2 years and now I'm having a great
interest in contribute a little bit with the FluxBox development,
helping others FluxBox users to solve their own problems, which could
be a altruistic way to solve my own problems. But since I don't have
much C++ knowledge (only a few C, PHP, Bash knowledge), lets try start
with small and more selfish steps. :P

I use the Firefox 1.5.0.4 version configured to not show the
navigation and the status bar, and when I want enter a URL to be
opened it is done pressing <control>+<l> keys, then a location popup
is opened. The problem is when I'm typing on this popup the focus
randomly got lost (with any text and any amount of it), but this
dosen't happen always. Can you imagine how this can be a very annoying
behavior?

Can someone give me a help on how to solve this problem?

I'm using FluxBox 0.9.14 version from Debian testing package with some
personal configurations (those which may be relevant, I supose):
Click Raise (disabled)
Full Maximization (disable)
New Window focus (disable)
Focus Model::Mouse focus (enabled)
Focus Model::ClickTab focus (enabled)
Toolbar::Visible (enable)
