idesk

Hello.  I use Debian Etch, and am just starting to use Fluxbox.  How do 
I set up Fluxbox so that it starts up with idesk running (instead of me 
having to enter the command in a terminal)?  Also, is there a way to 
start programs with the keyboard, rather than a right click of the 
mouse?  Specifically, a "run program" key, like Alt-F2 for Gnome, or F3 
for Ion3.
