there is a wiki. read it.

you can simply exchange the "rootCommand" stuff in your styles with the
two lines of "background" as described on the howto sites.

keep in mind that using such settings in your style are somehow buggy.
they wont change on a style change as the rooCommand did. you need to
restart fluxbox to make the background change happen. will be fixed in
the upcomming release.
