manually specify MenuIcon in apps file?

I have a couple of apps, urxvt in particular, that don't have an icon 
for the MenuIcon spot on the window toolbar (and also on the iconbar). 
I'm wondering if there's a way, probably in the apps file, of manually 
specifying what pixmap should be used for that application's icon.  I 
would expect something similar in syntax to the menu file, but it didn't 
work when I tried.  It may not actually be implemented, but I thought 
I'd ask anyways.
