[exec] command & shell environment

Hello,

I have the following entry in my ~/.fluxbox/menu file:

 [exec] (urxvt) {/usr/bin/urxvt}

The invoked program (urxvt) needs to be passed the $LANG
environment variable in order to work properly with my french
keyboard.
If I open a terminal and call manually:

 $ /usr/bin/urxvt

everything goes fine, but if it is launched from the menu, is there
a clean way to pass the user-defined environment variables exported
by ~/.bashrc to the invoked program (in this case urxvt)? The same
happens with The "ExecCommand" builtin in ~/.fluxbox/keys.
Is there a workaround to this problem, other than:

 [exec] (urxvt) {LANG=en_US.utf8 VAR1=42 VAR2="test" <insert
everything exported by bash here> /usr/bin/urxvt}

Thanks in advance for any help,
