Well in this case the wrapper script would be ~/.bashrc :-) Maybe I 
could do something like:

 [exec] (urxvt) {sh -c "source .bashrc; urxvt"}

for each program that relies on $LANG and other standard variables.

But it would be very nice if "exec" and "ExecCommand" did the job 
of exporting the bash environement before launching the program, so 
that everything written between '{' .. and  '}' can also be 
executed directly from a shell prompt :-) Maybe I'll take a look at 
the source code to see how it is done.
