Wow - impressive. I'll take a look at it and see what I can use or adapt for
my needs. Concerning th original question: I
found /etc/X11/fluxbox/menudefs.hook (I am on Ubuntu) which is updated and
maintained whenever I install a program - looks like a simple solution which
I wil use at the moment. In Addition, I also included
/etc/X11/fluxbox/fluxbox-menu into my menu, which has all the fluxbox
related entries, but of which I do not know when (and if) it is updated.
Therefore I'll just keep both and live with the redundancy of many entries
(in submenues).
