I do not understand very well your disks and mountpoint scheme, but you
can do quite what you describe whith udev and autofs.
First you get your udev rules working, then you tell autofs where you
want the devices mounted. I have a bunch of pendrives and usb disks and
if there's any one of them plugged in it's on /media/pendrive or
/media/usbdisk; if there are more than one, I have specific mountpoints
for them under /media.

As said, this is not fluxbox related, it's OT here.
