You mean using killall in the same script, or some other kill?  Please
notice if you kill fluxbox when it was started by startx, and not a
desktop manager such as xdm, then your X session dies.  So I wouldn't
suggest killing fluxbox as a general solution.

If you want to restart fluxbox, the fluxbox menu offers a "restart
fluxbox" option, and that works no matter how fluxbox was called.

Also for the toolbar placement, if you're under fluxbox already, you
don't need a script.  Again the fluxbox menu offers a toolbar
placement option, so you can do it dynamically, and I believe you
don't even need to restart fluxbox when changing through fluxbox menu.

The script sounds good, but in this case I think fluxbox menu is
easier for dynamic changes.
