No, I tried with scrot and got a full screen with a youtube video running.
When I then open this shot in gimp I get the video part full green.

When I then try a full screen shot in shutter I get the video part full
green?

Since others are using strange bash scripts for screenshots there seems
to be something with fluxbox about taking screnshots that is not working
properly ?

My easy work around until this get fixed will be to use unity for taking
screenshots.
