Fluxbox and Wayland

Just reading the Ars review of Fedora with Wayland. Is Fluxbox going to work with Wayland? Don't really understand window managers and X and compositors properly, or at all actually, so this may be a silly question. However, from the review, if Fedora is going for it, its probably the future, no? So do I have to worry about Flux in future? Hope not.
