Errr ... are we talking about fonts for fluxbox (titlebar/toolbar) or
the applications (thunderbird etc.)

In general, fonts should work "automagically" unless you're using a
bitmap font (they have *one* *fixed* pixelsize and will never scale at
all)
For fluxbox dimensions, it's mostly matter of the used style, for fonts
(fluxbox and in general) of the resolved resolution - check "xdpyinfo |
grep resolution" - should be around 270 dpi, but that's not a matter of
the window manager at all.

Notice that this resolution can be overridden in various places,
notably ~/.Xresources
