From 1280x800 to 3200x1800: scale up everything (font size/windows size..)

Hi all,

I've just bought a new laptop with the same screen size (13.3'') of my 
previous laptop. Both are dell xps.

Now I'm fighting with fluxbox in order to have a decent layout and but 
everything is so small due to the fact that the old laptop worked with 
1280x800 while the new one works with 3200x1800.

Now I'm wondering if there is a easy solution to scale up sizes of 
fonts/windows in order to obtain something readable and not everything 
so small. Other windows manager where able to adapt the font/windows 
size to the new display without any input from me.
