Left <, Right >, UP ^ keys are not working, all other does

Hello List,

I have run into this issue previously with fluxbox that certain keys are 
not working and the solution which always worked was to clean up the 
keys, apps file.
In this case even if I delete the whole fluxbox profile and start with a 
clean one I have the exact same issue. All the keys are working except 
the mentioned ones and it is not program related (does the same in 
aterm, eterm, gnome terminal, gedit etc).

I would also like to thank the Fluxbox team for their great work, I use
