FVWM History (to all those left): domivogt, miso, despen, etc...

Hi all,

I hope everyone is well and doing fine.

I thought I'd post this on the off-chsnve of a bit of a trip down
memory lane, and also a continuation of:

I curious if anyone who's still left here could help to contribute to that?

I know I am personally responsible for creating fvwm3 -- and this in
part comes out of the work domivogt and I did on mvwm as a test bed.
I know I ought to flesh this out more -- but before I do, there's a
lot more gaps to be filled in.

So, might I ask anyone who is reading this to send through testimonies
and other interesting FVWM stories so I can collate them?

Interestingly, I don't think fvwm is dead, but with the "threat" of
Wayland, users of such systems are looking for alternatives.  As I say
though, FVWM isn't dead. but I would love to hear more from
people/developers on this.

I will collate this information and publish accordingly.

I know I'll also need to talk about my own work -- but I'll wait for
others first.
