Summary: Does not find icons in freedesktop.org standard locations

Initial Comment:
icewm by default does not find the icons for a lot of applications, because it does not look into the directories defined by the freedesktop.org icon specification: http://standards.freedesktop.org/icon-theme-spec/icon-theme-spec-latest.html#directory_layout

Basically, icewm should look for icons in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/${size}x${size}/apps/

Message:
Many desktop and WM are moving toward this standard, IceWM should support
this by default.
