Some x applications neither show the correct mini-icon in the window-decoration nor in the taskbar :

for example try xcalc

Instead is shown a black square...

i have the same problem with skype and in general with all qt4 application
in both my pc and my notebook

nvidia drivers 180.22 on pc

intel drivers 2.4.3 on notebook
