Summary: place window on Xinarama screen next to cursor

Initial Comment:
Hello,

I wish icewm would create new windows on the Xinerama
screen next to the curent mouse pointer position rather
then the screen with the last active window. Simply
because there is no other way to reach the second
screen. I need to create a window and then move it to
the second screen manually.

Unfortunately, some programs think they are smarter than the windowmanager
and implement this policy, and I hate this. The windowmager would be the
right place to implement this feature inclusive an on/off switch. In the
meantime, you all could try my solution to the problem, called: "move
windows between xinerama screens"-patch

Was about to submit this feature request. It's the main thing that bugs me
about ice. Opening firefox then having to un-maximise it and move it to the
other screen. I've enabled manual placement but that's more of a workaroud.

And how about to use ManualPlacement=1?

my vote for this feature request, this would be very useful!
I'm not quite sure how strong Eduard meant "next to cursor",
of course it should not break SmartPlacement but just
determine the desired xiscreen.
