Initial Comment:
Even though the console messages are translated in the .po files, in my system only `icewm --help' outputs in the system's language. The other messages (like `icesound --help' or `icewmbg --help') output in English.

I'm using Debian sid (icewm 1.2.37+1.3.4pre2-8) and I don't know if that's an Icewm bug or a Debian one.
