Summary: An IceWM without taskbar and menu

Initial Comment:
I want to have the possibility to compile icewm without its taskbar and menu. This will be usefull, if the user wants his own tools only.
If I compare this with fluxbox, then this is an advantage of fluxbox for me.
You can make a more slender build.
