Summary: Cellwriter support

Initial Comment:
I have a tablet and I use cellwriter (http://linux.die.net/man/1/cellwriter) for handwriting recognition. With IceWM cellwriter does not work properly, because Cellwriter gets the input focus and the text entered goes to nowhere. Cellwriter should not get the input focus, in order to send the recognized text to the application with the current input focus. This is known problem with some window managers (https://bugs.launchpad.net/cellwriter/+bug/333054) but it seems like this can be changed in the windows manager.
