IceWM v1.2 vs v1.3

Hello all, I'm the Fedora and RHEL/CentOS IceWM maintainer. Currently, both Fedora and RHEL/CentOS ship icewm 1.2.37 and I'm thinking about pushing icewm 1.3.7 as a Fedora 15 feature. 1. Is 1.3.7 considered stable? 2. What are the user visible changes in v1.3.7?
