icewm, icewmtray and displays

Hi,

I'm using two screens (:0.0 and :0.1). In order to have windows with their
decorations (title bar etc.) on both screens, I have to start two icewm, one
for each screen:

  icewm --display :0.1 &
  icewm

Why is this necessary and why can't one icewm handle both screens? As far as
I remember, twm can do it.

The icewmtray on the other hand doesn't accept a display option. One
icewmtray started appears on both screens.

I'd like to have the tray only on :0.0, not on :0.1. Is there any chance to
restrict icewmtray on screen .0? (A hint on how/where to make a private patch
is also appreciated.)
