Initial Comment:
The configuration variable MenuIconSize is only defined in src/themable.h but not used in the code. Therefore, setting it to a value does not do anyting. Icewm uses smallIconSize for the menu icon size.

This patch adds proper behavior by using MenuIconSize for the size of the menu icons. I've tested this at two systems and it works correctly as far as I can tell.

scaling.

Sadly the menu icons are not rendered correctly using this patch. They look
blurry, even if the original size of the icons is selected.
