  For Firefox, I use the following 2 entrie (watch the line-wrap)...

prog Firefox firefox /usr/bin/firefox -width 950 -height 1100 -P default -no-remote

prog Wideopen\ firefox firefox /usr/bin/firefox -width 950 -height 1100 -P wideopen -no-remote

  The default entry is for regular browsing, and "Wideopen firefox" is
for trusted sites that require javascript+cookies.  BTW, if there is no
icon, that's not a problem,  I end up seeing the text field instead.
