Trouble with focus

I've been having trouble with window focus under v.1.3.5 (although I
think it was the same under 1.2.x series). It's not a huge problem, but
irritating.

I've got some windows that I have set with "ignoreQuickSwitch" and
"ignoreTaskBar". It seems that under some circumstances those windows
get focused automatically somehow. I think it happens when I close a
window. Somehow these "ignored" windows get focused, and then my next
keyboard input affects them, which I don't want. I don't want those
windows EVER to be focused unless I explicitly click on them.

I'm sorry that I can't give a clear description of when this happens,
but it's always sorta unexpected, and so it's hard to reconstruct
exactly what happened.

If a developer is reading this, I'd appreciate if you could rationalize
this behavior in upcoming releases on 1.3.x branch. It seems like it
would be best to simply return focus to the last focused window when the
current one is closed, or something like that.

Thanks,
Dave
