icesh inside startup

Hi, 
   I am addicted to icewm and I have switched to lenny to become more stable
myself, but I have the following problem:

I want evolution, skype and some other progs. have on startup (done), and
appearing in the workspace #2.
I have winoptions file starting like:

Skype.Workspace: 2
skype.Workspace: 2

the other settings from winoptions seem to work, but none for workspace.

Frustrated, I tried to enter these lines into  startup:

at now +1minute <<EOF
 icesh  -class Evolution  setWorkspace 1
 icesh  -class skype  setWorkspace 1
EOF


 icesh  -class Evolution  setWorkspace 1
 icesh  -class skype  setWorkspace 1

  Again, no AT event waiting, if I do at command from terminal, the icesh
doesnot do its work, and, of course, the simple lines with icesh in startup
file do not work either.
  On the other hand - doing the icesh lines from terminal later on works
like a charm. 
  Does anyone have some explanation?
