icewm stuck with a config at .icewm/startup

Hello list,

I am running icewm happily. Recently I have added wbar configuration at my .icewm/startup   as below

(wbar  -above-desk  -nofont -pos top  -zoomf 1.6 -isize 15  -idist 8 -jumpf 1  -nanim 2  -balfa 0) &

Things are running well but when I logout Icewm it just hanging around. It seems the above don't allow Icewm to proceed further. If I comment that line, I have no problem to logout from Icewm. I don't understand the issue as the & is already there for back-grounding. Any clue please ?
