Hi,
when you use fullscreen instead of maximization, everything is ok. When
window is in fullscreen, icewm ignores that resize-by-character property
of window. But some applications, like gvim, use ugly color to fill in
unused space.

It would be very nice if IceWM would respect that resize hint and use
black color (or some other specified in settings) automagicaly to fill
the space around a bit smaller maximized window.
