Project Permafrost: A Mid-Year Update

No, it's not entirely dead. ;~)

I'm doing the development in the git repository (git://icewm-themes.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/icewm-themes/icewm-themes) these days, as it is far less trouble to simple git push new themes and modifications that it is to compress 
and upload a new .tar.gz file every time I make a change.

Yes, that approach was highly inefficient...I just didn't know how to use git at the time.

Some recent changes:

* Uploaded a copy of the spreadsheet for the DebianDefrost themes (from Debian's icewm-themes package).

* push'd a documented version of the IceCrack2 theme to DebianDefrost

* push'd the small collection of miniwindow icons for GIMP 1.x that Marco van Hylckama Vlieg 
made and Andras Wappel converted (at least, that's what the Wayback Machine's archive of the original IceWM site says).
They're apparently useless with GIMP 2.x, but it's a bit of circa-1999 IceWM history. 8~)

* Compressed the alternate menu button pixmaps in the bluemetal2 theme.

* Ran imgopt on the wallpaper in the Crux-Teal theme . . . saved a whopping 52 bytes.

* Also re-added the app_*.xpm and folder_*.xpm icons to the Crux-Teal theme that were removed with the rest of the generic icons (which were not an integral part of the theme, and had no reference on their origins.)

* Removed dark blue cursors from Aalglatt theme for now -- no reference on their origin, although I recall seeing something a couple years ago when I was trawling the early mailing lists for reference to now-lost themes. Check
the unknown-origin branch for the version with the icons included, if you want to help.

* Put the truckload of icons of unspecified origin from the Crux-Teal theme in the unknown-origin branch, similar to 
the cursors from Aalglatt

I'll be keeping the spreadsheet more-or-less up-to-date as I update and upload checked themes.
