"Window List" look and feel

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to customize in a persistent way the
look-and-feel of the "Window List" window (the one that shows all windows
on all the desktops).

When I am inside the Icewm session, I can do it by hand (I can resize the
window and I can ensure that it itself does not show up in the list of
active windows in the "all desktops" chapter).  Once this done, every next
time I recall it, it pops up with the look-and-feel that I've modified.

But is there a way to make these changes persistent between sessions?
