Maybe so . . . but have you ever tried to run either of those on a 
lightweight machine?  No way.  QVWM is a lean, mean wm and it runs 
great.  All it needs is a little work to bring it up to modern standards 
. . . update the tray to use the freedesktop.org spec, work in the 
notification libraries, etc.  Maybe a few external apps for 
configuration.  Not a lot at all.
