I didn't know that size of screen is important. I checked fluxbox now, 
with glxgears -fullscreen and I got results close to ratpoison. You had 
right.

68 frames in 5.1 seconds = 13.419 FPS
66 frames in 5.0 seconds = 13.128 FPS
66 frames in 5.0 seconds = 13.104 FPS
66 frames in 5.0 seconds = 13.107 FPS
66 frames in 5.0 seconds = 13.102 FPS
66 frames in 5.0 seconds = 13.105 FPS

Now, only one thing is that workspaces make graphics a little slower.
But this wasn't point of my mail.
