OT: Engineer's thought

There is one engineer's thought, I think. "Get money for long and 
hard work". So, some libraries have not any ways to apply in 
programs. MS engineers are just making translation of hard and 
precise hardware descriptions into form for employer (MS). MS is 
selling it to so-called MS developers. They will use and prepare 
these things into form for third party employer. The last ones have 
wish to selling it to AutoIt developers. For example, you can get 
TAPIEX products (http://www.tapiex.com/) to draw FFT results. But 
you have to fill order (http://www.tapiex.com/order.php) and pay 
money.
