BTW. Tone Encoder Control Lite Edition (Restricted to encode DTMF 
and custom tones only) has price $99. 
Tone Encoder Control Full Source Edition (Visual C++ ATL) - $580.

My DTMFCreator.au3 & DTMFEncoder.au3 is freeware with source.

Now I have ADecoder.au3, too. ToneDecoder Control has price $299

Thus, DTMF encoder/decoder programs can give you $879.
