IE 7 queston

Aloha gang I use hta's for my menus for my autoit compiled scripts. I'd been using hyperlinks to open folders on the menu c:\blah "target = _blank" that kind of thing. Where do I set the settings on ie 7 so I can continue to do that I can't find it in the security settings Thanks Rick
