Pixel Searching

Hey all, kinda need some help on a project i'm workin on maybe someone 
here could shed some light, i know what i wanna do but coding wise i 
can't think how i would go about it.

Basically lets say you have a picture of words:
" The man ran past the school bus and down the hill"

what i'm tryin to do is have it so i open the autoit program and a 
input box comes up and i type "down" i want it to find that word on the 
picture, is that possible?
