osip+exosip+celib->wince

Hi, all
With the help of celib-palm-3.0, I’ve finished building the libosip2-2.0.6 and the eXosip-0.7.6 to Pocket PC 2003 Emulator. In addition, I add a simple program to the project to confirm the usability of sip stack. However, when I try to execute the program in the Pocket PC 2003 Emulator, it failed. 
The error message shows “Can’t find ‘sipClient’ (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available.”
I’ve copy the celib.dll to the windows folder of the Emulator. Is there any lib I should copy to the Emulator. I also used ws2.lib and iphlpapi.lib in my project.
