I found an input method called NanoPad that allows you to enter
all characters including ESC and CTRL chars.
Unfortunately, I cannot get it to work properly with Emacs on my Ipaq
H2210.
Only a some of the special chars (including ironically ESC) are
recognized.
Did anyone get NanoPad working properly with Emacs?

Also, Emacs does not bring up the SIP. I have to load another app to
bring it up and then run Emacs which will then use the SIP.
