Re: PerlCE on PocketPC2003

You can try the  precompiled binary for "pocket-x86em-wce300"   available 
in perlce sourceforge site maintained by Vadim Konovalov.
There are othe binaries for SH3 , ARM , MIPS processor also.
But most likely it will not run because celib.dll and perl.dll available 
wil not wok work on new system. 
You can certainly build perlCE for your system using the sources available 
by making necessary changes in makefile.
For that you need perl5.8.2 source from active perl , celib and ceconsole 
source from Rainer Keuchel's site and you have to build each of this..
I've partially succeeded  to build perl on winCE 4.20 on x86 pocket pc and 
 simple perl scripts are running.
 
Anyway there are still problems in running perl  modules as it is giving 
error that
  it can not load IO.dll at run time. ( problems in dynamic loading  ?? 
don't know the solution  ) ;
