Hi All,

Does Platform Builder 5.0 use an order for network cards on local
computer to receive boot requests from devices? We have problems to
connect to a device through ethernet. The device has an IP address
192.168.56.197 and our ethernet card has an IP address 192.168.56.196.
All security tools and firewalls are disabled. Everything seems to be
OK but when we boot the device, it does not appear in "Active Devices".
The ethernet card that we used to connect to the device is a secondary
one. First one is connected to a LAN and getting IP address by a DHCP
server and having IP addresses like 141.XXX.XXX.XXX. Moreover, when we
remove the secondary card and try to connect over the first, it fails
to connect and view in "Active Devices" again. We have also tried to
clean the files under Application Data\Microsoft\CoreCon or reinstall
Platform Builder. What could be the possible reasons?

Thanks.
