Hi,
 
I am using 'new' to allocate memory.
The version of WinCE is Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition.
I am compiling using eMbedded Visual C++ 3.0.

Are you using 'new' to allocate memory or using malloc() to allocate 
memory ?? and wich version of WinCE are you using ??
