The readme.txt for the SWI Prolog port to wince says:

---
When you have problems, you might try to rebuild the
"resource" file and library index, like this:

\pl\bin\pl.exe -b /pl/boot/init.pl -o /pl/bin/pl.prc

\pl\bin\pl.exe -x /pl/bin/pl.prc -f none -F none -
g "make_library_index('/pl/library')" -t halt
---

Well, this is cool, except I haven't discovered any way to issue
commands on the Pocket PC. No console or command window or cmd.exe
or anything. Haven't found any bat files. I guess I could construct
a shortcut that contained a command, if I knew how to construct a
shortcut.

Again -- if this is in a help file or FAQ list somewhere, just point
me at the list.
