ANN: DQSD 3.1.8 goes final!

Hi all,

I decided to add Monty's new theme support, hope it serves its purpose =
well!
There's so much in this release, I won't even try to go into detail, but =
the
changelog is below.

We've got new holiday files for 2004, for those who haven't updated =
their
calendars yet.
