Re: Two new Internet drafts: DIME and WS-Attachments

1. The properties of DIME and what it can be used for relates a fair bit
to other IETF specifications, and so it seemed natural to have it happen
there in order to get the best review and discussion of the spec.

2. The IP section is standard IETF - all it says is that IETF invites
parties to bring to its attention any copyrights, patents or patent
applications, or other proprietary rights that may cover the DIME
specification. The fact that [2] doesn't contain any claims as of yet
means that nobody have brought forward any claims, In particular, it
means that the authors are not aware of any claims.

3. As Amanda pointed out, there has been some discussion on this subject
in the archives [1].
