ANN: new DIME test services

"Round 4" endpoints are now available for testing on the White Mesa site
which implement the DIME rpc and doc/literal services defined by Simon Fell
at http://www.pocketsoap.com/interop/attachments.htm.

The wsdl docs are at:

http://www.whitemesa.net/wsdl/r4/dime-rpc-test.wsdl
http://www.whitemesa.net/wsdl/r4/dime-doc-test.wsdl

and import the reference docs.

All operations are supported by the doc/literal endpoint The rpc endpoint
doesn't support "EchoUnrefAttachments". "Options" received will be ignored.
Please let me know if there are any problems.
