That points to a folder that does not contain MSBUild. I suspect it is a Visual Studio path that I cannot rely on being in the client machine. I can think of a very hacky way by getting a SubString of the RuntimeEnvironment.GetRuntimeDirectory() and adding on the various framework versions.
