I'm not.  The anti-trust laws are designed to make identical behavior
illegal for some, but legal for others.  Imagine if the NFL had a rule that
tackling was illegal, if in the opinion of the head referee, you have been
winning too much.  And it wasn't just microsoft, under the clinton
administration, anti-trust prosecution sky rocketed.

litigation is the first resort of the incompetent.
