I am currently doing a project right now in the NY city area, and the fresh
college grads (non tech industry) make almost 50k. I only know this becuase
i just asked the owner of the company a few days ago.

i wonder what the thought process is behind this, i wish the guy who posted
would repond to the group. either they just want to be as cheap as possible,
or figure that some of us are getting really desperate. but in addition to
this 50k in NY area is about 15 k equivilent to where i live in southwest
US.
