The selected Project Manager is not only the champion of a particular =
project but acts as the lead technical consultant to the business. The =
PM leads discussions between business and technology organizations that =
will leverage and help achieve ultimate business goals.=20

Qualified Technical Lead / Project Manager candidates will have:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience in project
   management of client/server application development and support.
2. 6+years of full life cycle development experience of client/server
   application development and support and/or Internet/Intranet=20
   application development
3. Technical knowledge (at the project management/Programmer level) of =
specific technologies include the following:
   =B7  Languages: C#, Visual Basic.NET, Visual Studio .NET, ASP.NET  =
ADO.Net, Delphi
   =B7  Database: MS SQL Server 7/2000
5. Understand and know how to employ emerging technology and=20
   infrastructure as it relates to web development and architecture=20
   (security, hardware, etc.)
6. Strong communication skills to interface with other Project=20
   Leaders, IS organizations and senior developers
7. Gathering, analyzing, and writing requirement specifications=20
   throughout a large diverse organization.
8. Experience implementing Change Management systems throughout the
   organization.
9. Identification of tools needed to support functional requirements
   as well as the ability to create functional blueprints and=20
   requirements.
10.  Knowledge of project methodology, project sizing and modeling.
11.        Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a =
plus.

Key skills are Project Management experience, hands-on experience with =
.Net technologies and with Delphi.
